Exodus 6:6-7 NIV – “Therefore, say to the Israelites: ‘I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment. I will take you as my own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians.
As the Lord spoke to Moses, He revealed the plan to redeem the children of Israel. He also revealed through this how He would redeem us to be His children. He also reveals in this the plan for our prosperity.
Success is moving people from where they are to where they need to be.
4 Cups (Processes)
1. Sanctification – Set apart (Recovery)
Bring out from under the yoke
Salvation – Release from burden…
Get you out of it.
2. Deliverance – You’re out of Egypt, but Egypt’s still in you (Strategy)
Free from slavery
Stop acting and thinking like a slave to sin
Freedom for quality of life
Get it out of you
3. Redemption – Put back to what God intended us for (Our purpose) (Prosperity)
Redeem to special purpose
“You stoop down and make me great”
The world depends on us finding redemption
Get you on the right path
4. Praise – Be my people (Legacy)
Live a fulfilled life
Celebrate the fact that you’ve gone through the first 3 cups
God’s ultimate plan for us is that we’re happy and fulfilled regardless of what’s going on around us.
Get you to significance

Forced as slaves to make bricks. You feel enslaved.
Proverbs 22:7 – The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender.
We define this as scarcity to stability.
This person is the opportunist.
The person in the recovery phase needs accountability. They need someone to help them work together to get out of the hole.
Every person who tries to find their purpose in life without getting rid of their own slavery, will never find it. You can’t skip a step. The order is important. Let go of the past.
Vision leaks…sometimes we forget why we’re doing things.
3 Things necessary to get to the next level:
The goal of Step 1 is to create change in your heart.
(Exodus 6:6-7) “I will free you from being slaves to them”
The first promise was to get them out of Egypt. The second promise was to get Egypt out of them.
Romans 12:2 – Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
We define this as stability to security.
This person is the strategist.
Once the major issues are handled, communication issues are on track, plans must be put in place to grow. This is also where belief systems start to change and emergency planning starts.
Proverbs 21:5 – The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty.
Everyone has issues in which they need deliverance. The best place to get help is with other people.
Go through the process to get you back to square 1.
The goal of cup 2 is victory over the mindsets that hold you back.

God has a plan for us. He created us for a reason.
Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me
God had a plan, then He created you. Not the other way around.
We define this as security to success.
This person is the strategist.
Growth, multiple streams of income, business ownership, investments, real estate, work because you want to not because you have to.
Redeem – To change for better; reform
God sees us as valuable regardless of how others see us. The devil makes us believe that we shouldn’t be successful, prosperous or rich. He tries to make us feel guilty because we have and others don’t.
Ephesians 2:10 – For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
You have a divine, supernatural enablement. It is something that you have grace for that you enjoy doing.
Ephesians 4:11-13 NIV – So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
3 Things to do to get to the next level:

You were created to do good works.
We define this as success to significance.
This person is the philanthropist.
Life is more than you. Serving others is the highest level of being. Lasting significance, wealth to last generations.

Proverbs 13:22 – A good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous.
People need to be part of things with other people.
Move, then move others.
3 requirements for this level:
1 Peter 4:10-11 – Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
